Well we're on our way thanks to help from a Googling person through Google's help option. To reiterate my original post, I'm Joseph, new at this, in fact a virgin blogger. My vision for this blog is that it will become a resource for anybody who wants or needs resolutions to the world's increasingly complex challenges, the greatest of which in my opinion, are human relationships. Close and personal, community, local, regional, national, and international, the conflict monsters are alive and well. What you'll read will reflect what I've observed and learned about human interactions and relationships. Much as I have in class rooms, conferences, textbooks, and how-to manuals, I will 'unpack' the catalysts to conflict and resolutions, always focusing on the relationships which have come under the gun.
